    The G-230 Lathes are particularly suitable for turning,drilling and other processes in rough and fine procedures of medium-small and small shafts and disks parts.The whole equipment adopts entire enclosure protection and features stable and solid,with an extensive use in the production of parts for various industrial products.In addition,it is available to be configured with high-speed robots on demands,realizing unmanned flexible production.

    Features:

    1、spindle:The spindle is structured with high-precision sleeve,and characterized by good high-speed performance and fast response speed.

    2、Turret:The servo turret is configured with the servo motor indexing,crankset positioning and hydraulic clamping mechanisms,or a traditional servo turret is used.

    3、X/Z-axis:It is driven by a high-grade imported precision ball screw with the roller guide widened and span increased,thereby with standing heavy cutting.

    4、Tailstock:Adopt a tailstock of high rigidity and mountain-typed flat guide rail for easy movement.
